What's new at GoodBarber? August 2021

During this month of August, our teams have mainly focused on the maintenance of our platform while taking some time off to enjoy our beautiful Corsican beaches. 
Why no new features for this month you may ask ? Well, without giving out any spoilers, we have a few big releases planned for the last quarter of the year ;)
We wanted to make sure that everyone here was well-rested and full of energy for what's coming next! So, stay tuned...

GoodBarber Shopping App

  • Home section 

    •  Fixed an issue that caused widgets background image not displayed. iOS
       

    • In widgets HTML, fixed an issue that caused borders being displayed. iOS

    • In widget products, fixed an issue that caused the product title being cropped when it contains a very long word. PWA

  • Product detail page

    •  Fixed layout issues of heading 5 and 6 elements PWA

  • Bag section 

    • Fixed an issue that caused the bag header shortcut not opening the bag section. Android

    • The One-Click payment button is now hidden when the delivery slots add-on is enabled. PWA

  • Checkout page 

    • Fixed an issue that caused payments with Mercado Pago payment method to fail. Android

    • Fixed an issue that caused the payment to be impossible when selecting a country that has no state/regions. iOS

    • Fixed an issue that caused the Apple Pay Mark to be smaller than the other payment marks. iOS

    • With an authenticated user, fixed an issue that caused the Company / VAT fields to be hidden when they shouldn't. PWA

  • Blog add-on 

    •  In template 5, fixed an issue that caused the font size of titles to change randomly on iPad devices. iOS

    • In detail views, fixed an issue that could cause the comments button being available even if comments are disabled. iOS

    • You can now disabled the zoom on images by adding the disableDiaporama property set to 1 in the detail object of a section. iOS Android PWA
       

  • Store locator add-on
  • In the detail view, when the user is clicking on the map preview, a pop-up is displayed asking which map service the user wants to open. iOS

  • In the list, fixed an issue that caused a glitch when displaying the Dollar sign. PWA

  • My Account section

    • In the add address form, fixed an issue that caused a crash when you tried to add an address with a country that has no regions. iOS

  • Fixed an issue that could cause the header background image not displayed. iOS
  • Fixed an issue that could cause titles of shortcuts in the header being wrong. iOS
  • Fixed an issue that caused a display issue of header shortcuts when the option "displayed as button" is enabled. PWA

  • Home section

  • Photo section

    • Fixed an issue that caused the detail view always being opened with the first photo of the list. iOS

  • Sound section

    • Fixed an issue that could cause a glitch on the detail view opening animation. iOS

    • The name of the artist is not displayed anymore in the mini player when its sound is played from a podcast section. iOS

  • Map section

    • In the detail view, when the user is clicking on the map preview, a pop-up is displayed asking which map service the user wants to open. iOS

    • In the list, fixed an issue that caused a glitch when displaying the Dollar sign. PWA

    • In the detailed view of a sound or video content, fixed an issue that caused the wrong design template used. Android

    • Fixed an issue that caused an empty space displayed when the effect is set to hiding. Android

    • In detail views, fixed an issue that caused header icons being displayed with the wrong color. PWA

  • Custom section

    • Fixed an issue that could cause some links being opened in Safari instead of inside the app. iOS

  • Authentication add-on

    • Fixed an issue that caused the icon of the header login button being cut on iPad devices when the user is logged in. iOS

    • In the signup page, fixed an issue that could prevent the placeholder of some fields to be displayed on several lines. iOS

  • Community add-on

    • In the map view of the users' list section, fixed an issue that caused it impossible to open the detail view when clicking on an info's bullet. Android

  • Loyalty cards add-on

    • Fixed an issue that caused the club card to appear behind the loyalty card in some cases. Android

    • Using the sharing method, a punch is now validated when the sharing action-sheet is displayed. PWA
