What's new at GoodBarber? July 2022

This month we introduce a new extension that will allow you to know more about your users and their behavior: Facebook Meta Pixel . It allows you to track certain events performed by users in your native app and in your PWA: number of app downloads, registrations, and logins, information on payment, adding a credit card, adding an item to the cart, or information on reading your content. With Facebook Meta Pixel, you can understand your users' behavior and adapt your marketing strategies.

  • General
    • ​Meta Pixel & App Events: Start tracking events in your native apps and PWA, analyze your users' behavior and optimize your marketing strategy.
    • Add forms your created on Airtable to your app and start collecting data immediately thanks to the Airtable extension
    • A new version of the PWA publication page is now available
    • A new Get started menu has been created to guide you in your first steps 
    • A new Dashboard has been published 

  • Home section

    • In the widget Search, fixed an issue that could cause the search bar to not appear centered. iOS

    • In widgets with Template UneClassic, fixed an issue that could cause an empty space displayed at the bottom of the first cell. iOS

    • In the widget HTML, fixed an issue that could cause the content to be displayed smaller than expected. iOS

    • In Products widgets with Slideshow template, fixed an issue that caused the buy button to not be displayed. iOS

    • In widgets Links with template Grid, fixed an issue that could cause icons to be cut. PWA

    • In widgets Links with template Grid, fixed an issue that could cause icons to be displayed smaller than expected. PWA

    • In widgets Newsletter, fixed an issue that could cause the error to be always displayed in English. PWA

  • Checkout page

    • Phone number fields now require at least 4 digits to be considered as valid. iOS Android PWA

    • Customers can now delete their account from the My Account page. iOS Android

  • Podcasts section

    • In the podcasts list, fixed an issue that could cause the description to be displayed on mobile where it shouldn't. iOS

    • Fixed an issue that could cause some podcasts to be displayed twice in the list. iOS

  • HTML section

    • WhatsApp links are now opening the WhatsApp application (if installed on the device) or the browser. Android

    • Fixed an issue that caused a 404 page to be opened instead of the HTML section. PWA

  • Plugin section extension

    • Fixed an issue that caused some plugin pages links to lead to a 404 page. Android

    • Fixed an issue that could cause images to be rotated when using the gbGetMedia() method. Android

  • Other fixes and improvements

    • Fixed an issue that could cause wrong colors used in the additional menu of the header actions. PWA

    • WhatsApp links are now opening the WhatsApp application (if installed on the device) or the browser. Android

    • Fixed an issue that caused a 404 page to be opened instead of the HTML section. PWA

  • Authentication extension

    • In the sign-up view, fixed an issue that caused fields to be displayed bigger than expected on devices with 'enlarged' display zoom enabled. iOS

    • Fixed an issue that caused impossible to delete an account created with Apple SignIn. iOS

  • Community extension

    • Fixed an issue that could cause the users' list to be displayed empty. iOS PWA

  • External advertising network extension

    • Fixed an issue that could cause ads with open app format to not be displayed. iOS

  • In-app purchases subscriptions extension

    • It’s now possible for a user to delete his account. iOS Android

    • Change the behavior of the option “Mandatory account for subscribers“ into “Ask for registration after subscription“. iOS Android

    • You can now offer in-app purchases in Apps for Kids thanks to the integration of a parental gate. iOS

    • Fixed an issue that caused it impossible to edit the user password. iOS

    • Fixed an issue that could cause premium stickers to not be correctly rounded. iOS

    • In the Home section, fixed an issue that could cause some texts to display reversed in the In-App purchase widget. iOS

    • On the subscription page, fixed an issue that caused the subscriptions to not appear on a phone set with arabic language. Android
