New Terms and Conditions templates for content apps
Written by Marie Pireddu on
To help you with writing your Terms of Service, we create new templates, available directly in your app back office.
A dedicated page to manage your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
We've created a new page dedicated to managing TOS & privacy policy in the back office.
In your Settings menu, you will find a 'Terms & Conditions" tab.
In this page, turn on the toggle to display the policies editors.
You can then enter your own terms of service and privacy policy. If you do not have one already, you can now use our new template by clicking on the "use template" button at the bottom right of each policy editing box. Edit the relevant information (all the text in blue).
Those materials are templates only and can be used by GoodBarber’s clients free of charge to insert from their “back office” at their own risk. GoodBarber asks you to modify and edit them to fit your own situation or business activity.
These templates are not, in any case, legal advice, and you must always seek legal advice.
For more details, you can refer to this online help.
Please note that the toggle cannot be turned off if :
The In-App purchase extension is installed
The Authentication extension is installed
There is at least one CMS section with comments enabled
There is at least one Submit section
Important: If your app was published before setting your policies in your back office, you will need to update the settings of your app to see the new sections in your back office and submit an update of your app to the stores.
Add your privacy policy to your App Store and Google Play listings
Step-by-step online help for each Store will guide you through the process. You can find the online help for Google Play here , the one of the App Store here
